Thanks to three independent cameras, you get a complete overview of everything happening in front of the vehicle, behind it and inside the cabin. The front camera records in stunning 4K resolution (3840×2160 px) with the latest Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 sensor, capturing every detail.

The rear camera also offers 4K resolution, so you get top-quality footage when reversing or in the event of a rear-end accident.

The interior cabin camera in Full HD 1080p has an ultra-wide 210° field of view, ideal for taxis, Uber, Bolt or family vehicles. It perfectly covers the entire interior – day and night.

210° ULTRA-WIDE INTERIOR CAMERA

Thanks to the Sony STARVIS 2 IMX662 sensor, the infrared “fisheye” camera of the A229 Ultra provides a clear and detailed image even in poor lighting conditions. Four IR LEDs and a 210° field of view cover the entire cabin and side windows, minimizing blind spots and ensuring reliable interior monitoring – ideal for families and rideshare drivers.

Advanced HDR technology

Integrated HDR technology in both cameras effectively balances bright and dark areas of the image. This allows the A229 ULTRA camera to excel in challenging lighting conditions, such as sudden light changes, glare and night driving. Every detail, from road signs to license plates, remains clear and readable.

Intelligent voice control and notifications

The advanced voice control system allows you to conveniently manage the device without taking your hands off the steering wheel. A simple command is enough to start or stop recording, take a photo or activate Wi-Fi. The dash camera also alerts you to possible problems, such as memory card errors, giving you full control over its operation. All-day parking monitoring

The VIOFO A229 ULTRA offers three parking monitoring modes: automatic event detection, time-lapse recording and low-bitrate recording. The system instantly records suspicious movements around the vehicle and records footage 15 seconds before the event and 30 seconds after it, making it an indispensable guardian of your vehicle.

Precise GPS module

Thanks to the advanced four-mode GPS module, the dash camera tracks the vehicle’s location with unprecedented accuracy. It supports up to four satellite systems: GPS, BeiDou, Galileo and GLONASS, ensuring stable and fast positioning. The route, speed and driving time can be replayed in the saved recordings.

Safety features

The A229 ULTRA automatically overwrites the oldest recordings to make room for new files. Thanks to the built-in G-sensor, every sudden braking, impact or shock is immediately recorded and protected from deletion.
