Goods complaint

Instructions on how to proceed when complaining about goods purchased from us.


As part of improving the quality of our services, we allow our customers to send complaints through Packeta for free. The process of claiming goods does not change, but we give you the option of simply and quickly delivering your package to us. Of course, you can also deliver the claimed goods to us personally or send them to our address by other carriers. In this case, however, the claimant bears the transport costs.


How does it all work when you decide to claim via Packet?


  1. Package the claimed goods together with complete accessories as standard to prevent damage during transport.
  2. Do not forget to pack all the necessary documents: Completed complaint protocol (you can find it here), Proof of purchase (invoice).
    TIP: You can also record a video or take photos of the error and send it to info@anagu.net. We can send this material to the manufacturer. It will speed up the repair or replacement of the product. Especially if they are errors that appear once in a while.
  3. Bring the package to any Packeta branch and dictate our ID to the operator: 94608110. The operator will then print a label, stick it on the package and take it from you. You will receive a confirmation from the operator that you have submitted the package. In this way, the package is easily and quickly delivered to us.
