- Conditions for activating Nightscape Omnidirectional Obstacle Sensing: The drone’s front, rear, left, right, and top sides are close to structured surfaces with light intensity higher than 1 lux. Likewise, the ground surface below the drone is textured and diffusely reflective with reflectivity higher than 20% (such as walls, trees, or people), even under lighting conditions higher than 1 lux. DO NOT FLY in adverse weather such as strong winds (wind speed 12 m/s or more), snow, rain, thunderstorms, or fog. DO NOT FLY the drone at an altitude of 6,000 m or higher above sea level. DO NOT FLY the drone in environments where temperatures are below −10 °C (14 °F) or above 40 °C (104 °F). DO NOT TAKE OFF from moving objects such as cars or boats. DO NOT FLY near reflective surfaces such as water or snow; otherwise, the vision system may not work properly. The vision system may not function properly in low-light environments. Always fly with extra caution and prevent the drone from entering Attitude mode. DO NOT USE the drone near areas with magnetic or radio interference. Common sources of magnetic or radio interference include Wi-Fi hotspots, routers, Bluetooth devices, high-voltage power lines, large power substations, radar stations, mobile base stations, and broadcast towers. When taking off in deserts or on beaches, prevent sand from entering the drone. Fly in open areas away from large crowds. Buildings, mountains, and trees may block GNSS signal and affect compass performance.
- With the Intelligent Flight Battery, the maximum flight time is up to 36 minutes. This value was measured during forward flight at a constant speed of 21.6 km/h in windless conditions at sea level, with obstacle avoidance set to Brake and in Photo mode, until forced landing due to low battery. Always follow local laws and regulations before flying.
- When using this product in different countries or regions, ensure you have completed all required procedures and comply with local laws and regulations. Mini 5 Pro has C0 certification by default in the EU. To switch to C1 certification, contact DJI Support via the DJI Fly app. Always check and clarify local laws and regulations before flight.
- When shooting video in Auto mode, up to 14 EV of dynamic range can be achieved; however, this value is not available when shooting slow-motion video or in the 48 mm Med-Tele mode.
- Compared with DJI Mini 4 Pro.
- Portrait Optimization is supported only in the normal color mode. This feature is not available in HLG and D-Log M modes.
- Conditions for memorizing flight routes: The drone’s front, rear, left, right, and top sides are close to structured surfaces with illumination exceeding 10 lux. Likewise, the surface below the drone is structured and diffusely reflective with reflectivity above 20% (such as walls, trees, or people), even under lighting conditions above 10 lux. For balcony takeoff, ensure at least 2 × 2 meters of space and an altitude below 30 meters above ground for a safe Return to Home. If the drone reaches its altitude limit while climbing around obstacles, it will hover at that height.
- We recommend using ActiveTrack 360° in open environments. For unsupported scenarios or situations that may interrupt shooting, see the user manual. In complex environments with many obstacles, be especially cautious when using automatic modes to ensure a safe flight and your own safety.
